Made using Black Bernat Softy Chunky on 10.5 Bamboo

I decided early on that I wanted it to sport a collar, and I had a request for a tie to the front, both of which were picked up. At the beginning of the back section I cast on ten stitches at the beginning of the next two rows to make it fuller. The front tie is attached to ten stitches with decreases to a wide icord finish. For the collar I picked up and knit even for three inches at the top of the shrug.
